To access your domain dashboard and manage DNS settings or email, you need to log in through your domain provider's website using the credentials they provided during registration. BuildYourStore helps you register the domain during the initial setup, but your domain provider manages all login credentials, DNS settings, and email configurations.

You can manage your domain settings through the name.store platform. Log in using the credentials you created when registering your domain during the BuildYourStore steps (these are different from your BuildYourStore login). From there, you can access and update the DNS settings required to link your domain to your Shopify store.

The Pro One Product Store features are available during the initial setup phase when you first create your store with BuildYourStore. Plan selection happens at the beginning of the store creation process, as BuildYourStore focuses on building your foundation. If you started with the Free Beginner Store and want professional design elements later, you have two options: hire designers and copywriters independently to add custom banners, proven copywriting, and conversion-optimized design to your existing store, or create a new store through BuildYourStore selecting the Pro plan option to get all professional features included from the start.

Yes, you can fully customize your store after BuildYourStore creates it. After BuildYourStore completes the initial setup, you have full control to customize every aspect of your store through your Shopify account. You can edit colors, layouts, fonts, banners, product descriptions, pages, and any other design elements to match your unique brand vision. BuildYourStore provides the professional foundation, while you personalize it to stand out from competitors.

The BuildYourStore store creation process takes only a few minutes for the AI-powered store creation itself. However, the complete setup process depends on how quickly you complete each step, including creating your Shopify account, activating your subscription, setting up your domain, and connecting your AutoDS account. The BuildYourStore platform creates your store structure automatically within minutes, but completing all external integrations typically takes 15-30 minutes, depending on your familiarity with the platforms.

The BuildYourStore platform is designed to work only with brand-new Shopify stores created through our setup flow. To ensure everything connects properly (theme, apps, and setup steps), your store must be registered from scratch using the BuildYourStore process.

If you already have an existing Shopify store, our app won’t be able to integrate with it or apply the automatic setup. In this case, you would need to create a new Shopify store and follow the BuildYourStore steps from the beginning to experience the full features and benefits.

BuildYourStore plans are generally non-refundable, as explained in our Terms of Service. However, in rare cases (such as accidental plan selection or clear technical issues), our team may review the situation and, as a gesture of goodwill, approve an exception.

If you believe you were charged under the wrong conditions, please contact support with your order details, and we’ll be happy to review your case.

If our team approves a refund or cancellation, we will request that you remove the BuildYourStore theme from your Shopify store, as it will no longer be supported under your account.

Your Shopify account will remain active as normal, and you will still have full access to your store through Shopify. From there, you can install and use any other theme you see fit from the Shopify theme library or other providers.

Any future billing, domains, or apps connected to your store will continue to be managed directly through those providers (for example, Shopify, your domain provider, or AutoDS).
